Located in the picturesque neighborhood of Kutuh, the three bedrooms Villa Agnes is a short fifteen minutes walk from the cultural center of Ubud.
This contemporary Asian-influenced villa provides beautiful open-air lodgings surrounded by the wide expanse of paddy fields away from the hussle and bustle of downtown providing your own peaceful and private retreat.
Our Bali home was not built as a villa to rent or as part of a resort. It was conceived as our family home for us to share
those precious times when we come together in Asia where we spent so many years and where our five children have
grown up. We hope that Villa Agnes will also be a wonderful place to be together for you.
Two separate buildings constitute the main living areas of the villa. They are separated by tropical garden and swimming
pool lined with natural tiled walkways made of decorative stones. The slightly elevated main building consists of an open
T-shaped terrace with a dining area in the middle, and living and lounge areas at both ends. One large bedroom with private
en-suite bathroom is situated on one side of the building, the master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are situated on the
other side connected as well to the study room. All the rooms are air-conditioned, and can be opened up by double sliding
glass and louvre doors on the terrace.
The second building, the guesthouse, consists of a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an open-air shower. A private terrace overlooks the beautiful rice fields.
